Deluge of oil petroleum has engulfed the seashore of Estancia, Iloilo. The Rapid Response Environmental Prevention Team from National Power Corporation reached the coastal town to contain the widespread streams of black oil, however they are underhanded to cover the intoxicating stench that the populations are experiencing for nearly a week. It is a populated seashore not a wilderness. Sanitation of the seashore can take months. Evacuation shacks for local residents have to be serve because if no decent shacks are not available the residents will not leave. The areas have to guarded to hold off thieves of the homes and properties that are left behind temporarily. Residents can return to their homes after the long cleanout process. The Philippine government has to serve its Sovereign people health welfare.
Estancia town is gateway to Sicogon Island resorts, the future option to Boracay Isle in Aklan.
