divine message




The Divine Message Of The August Eclipse




On August 21, 2017, a total solar eclipse will cross the entire contiguous United States, beginning in Oregon and ending in South Carolina.  Incredibly, the eclipse will actually begin as soon as the sun rises on the West Coast (the sun appears to rise in the east and set in the west, but eclipses travel in the opposite direction - see here).  In other words, people will witness a black sun rising over the United States.  It has also been noted that another total solar eclipse will cross the United States at an opposite angle seven years later in 2024.

Note: Before you continue reading, please realize that this is not an end of the world prediction.  We actually believe the world will never end.  We believe that God may be communicating a message through this eclipse about the general nearness of Christ's return.

The amount of prophetic meaning behind these eclipses is simply overwhelming and I dare not attempt to interpret it all.  I'll simply share with you a few of the discoveries I and others have made and you can interpret it for yourself:


1. The August eclipse occurs exactly 33 days before the Revelation 12 Sign, beginning in the 33rd state (Oregon), and ending in South Carolina at the 33rd parallel.  I've personally verified each of these details (see here, here, and here).  Can you really chalk up the significance of this to pure coincidence or confirmation bias?  It's been noted that an eclipse like this hasn't happened in 99 years.  That would be 3 x 33 years.  What might God be communicating?  One of our readers noticed Ezekiel 33:

The word of the Lord came to me: "Son of man, speak to your people and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword against a land, and the people of the land choose one of their men and make him their watchman, and he sees the sword coming against the land and blows the trumpet to warn the people, then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not heed the warning and the sword comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head. Since they heard the sound of the trumpet but did not heed the warning, their blood will be on their own head. If they had heeded the warning, they would have saved themselves. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone’s life, that person’s life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.’ "



2. The eclipse is also exactly 40 days from Yom Kippur (The Day of Atonement).  "40" represents a period of testing in the Bible as can been seen in the 40 years the Israelites wandered in the wilderness and the 40 days Jesus was tested in the wilderness.  This 40 day period leading up to Yom Kippur is more than random.  In fact, this period of time beginning on August 21st is called the Season of Teshuvah, which in the Jewish faith is a time to get right with God before judgment falls on the Day of Atonement.  In other words, repent before time is up.



 3. While eclipses are not that uncommon, total solar eclipses only occur about every year and a half and often occur over the ocean rather than land.  Don't let anyone fool you into thinking this eclipse is nothing out of the ordinary.  Day will be turned to night all across the middle United States.  It's been 99 years since a total solar eclipse crossed the entire United States and having another total solar eclipse cross the entire United States again, forming an 'X', just a few years later is perhaps unprecedented.



4. It's been noted that the United States is the wealthiest, most powerful, and most influential Gentile nation.  It is also the world's ethnic melting pot and hosts a proto-world government in the form of the United Nations.  Lunar eclipses (blood moons) are omens for Israel whereas solar eclipses are omens for the Gentiles.  The 7 year Tribulation is also known as the Day of the LORD when God enters into judgment with the Gentile nations.  The fact that two total solar eclipses, spaced seven years apart, cross the entirety of the contiguous United States, and form an 'x' over the chief Gentile nation on earth should give you pause.



5. The Tribulation (also called Daniel's 70th Week or The Time of Jacob's Trouble) is understood to be a worldwide version of the Exodus from Egypt.  The plagues and Exodus were a sort of microcosm of the future Day of the LORD.  The ruthless Pharaoh was a type of the antichrist, the plagues were a type of the coming worldwide trumpet and vial judgments, the Exodus was a type of both the rapture and the future Israelite remnant that will escape into the wilderness, and so forth.  Even some of the minute details were types and shadows.  Moses was a type of the future "male child" (Christ and the Church) that was and will be delivered from harm's way.  He escaped the tribulation that his people endured when he was placed in a basket and ended up as a prince in palaces of splendor.  Yet his people continued to endure tribulation and suffering until he later returned to deliver them from Egypt.  Even some of the specific plagues in Egypt will be replicated on a worldwide scale during the Tribulation.  As a matter of fact, there is a direct parallel in the book of Revelation to seven of the ten plagues in Egypt (see here).  You could say the Tribulation is almost a "do-over" of the Exodus because the Israelites were not faithful to the end in the first instance, but at the end of the Tribulation will be faithful, saved, and delivered.

With this in mind, consider that the 'x' that will be formed over the United States rests right over a region in southern Illinois called "Little Egypt".  Even more - the exact point where the two paths cross is in the town of Makanda, which used to be called the "Star of Egypt".



6. The eclipse occurs in conjunction with Regulus, the "King Star".  Regulus is the brightest star in the constellation Leo and Leo is one of the two constellations involved in the Revelation 12 Sign.  The fact that this eclipse occurs in Leo, which will be part of the Great Sign the month after, is astonishing.  It's like God's trying to fix our attention on the King and on the following month's Great Sign.

Also, a reader noticed that the eclipse crosses exactly 12 states and I verified the count to make sure.  An eclipse across 12 states just one month before the Revelation 12 Sign that features a woman with a crown of 12 stars.



7. The first major city that will witness the eclipse is Oregon's state capital, Salem.  Salem is of course the shortened version of "Jerusalem", which is the most prophetically significant city in the entire Bible.  Jerusalem was originally called "Salem" in the days of Melchizedek (Genesis 14:18) who was a foreshadowing of Christ or possibly even a Christophany.  If that isn't interesting enough, the closest road to the exact point where the two eclipses cross is Salem Road in Makanda, Illinois.  What are the chances of that?



8. After crossing Salem, Oregon, the path of totality then crosses Madras, which means "Mother of God" (reminiscent of the Revelation 12 Woman).  Then it crosses the city of John Day, which of course reminds us of the Apostle John who recorded the Book of Revelation and described to us the Day of the LORD.

After that it crosses Weiser, Idaho, which is German for "wise man".  The wise men from the east were those who were watching the signs in the heavens when Jesus Christ was born.  They followed His star and found the exact place where He was born.  Likewise we see another sign in the heavens pointing to the nearness of Jesus' return.

The path then points us to John again as it passes over Grandjean, which is French for "Big" or "Tall" John.  It then crosses Stanley, which means "stone clearing" (see Psalm 118:22, 1 Peter 2:4-7) and Mackay, which means "Son of fire" (see 1 John 4:15, Revelation 1:14, 19:12, Daniel 10:6).

Then it goes through Rexburg ("City of the King") and Victor (Matthew 12:20, 1 Corinthians 15:54-57, 1 John 5:4) and then again points us to the Apostle John as it goes through Jackson ("Son of John").  The amazing message continues as it goes right through Casper, Wyoming.  "Casper" is a Chaldean name and is the traditional name assigned to the wise men/magi (see here).

The eclipse then moves through Alliance, Nebraska.  An alliance is a union of multiple parties.  The Church is soon to be brought into an eternal alliance with Christ when the Body is joined to the Head.  Likewise, down on earth a satanic alliance will soon be forming in the form of ten horns (Revelation 17:12) and a "covenant with many" (Daniel 9:27).

Next up is Ravenna, which means "raven" and points us to the days of Noah.  Noah sent forth a raven from the Ark before he sent a dove (Genesis 8:7).  Also, Ravenna, Italy was where Julius Caesar gathered his forces before crossing the Rubicon.  The term "crossing the Rubicon" is an idiom for saying "the die has been cast" or "past the point of no return".  In other words, there's no turning back.



The meaning goes on and on and that's just a small sampling.

  3. Also the year that we last had an eclipse of this magnitude was in 1918 and in that year was the battle of Haifa which paved the way for the victory of the British army and then to the creation of Israel 30 years later. The battle of Haifa was on...Sept 23,1918!

I researched all of the total solar eclipses across the USA since 1776 and there is nothing like this. We had a couple of total solar eclipses 9 years apart, one on Aug 7, 1869, and one on Jul 29, 1878, but they didn't cross each other.

  8. I've been wondering about this Islamic prophecy. I know very little about Islam but there is something in their books that talk about the end coming after "the sun rises in the west."

    "The sun and moon are fused together"....could that be this kind of eclipse, where the sun is eclipsed when it rises? I do not ask from a sense of giving credence to their religion or prophecies, but think this is intriguing, and that perhaps they will see this as a sign.

    3. Obama's 1st term logo depicts a sun rising...in the west. Obama (a muslim since his birth father was muslim so by birth he himself is one (patriarchical), unless he converted...unlikely). Thus, he was telling the muslim world that a sun (himself) will be/was rising to power in the west (i.e. western world or US). His claim or statement of being a born-again is false, everyone knows that for him to be elected he would have to say such things. Like many logos and symbols, it's there hiding in plain sight.   10. Great article Gary! It is interesting that in Jewish tradition, solar eclipses portend judgment on the nations......certainly America will not escape the coming judgment, and is lining up to play a major role in a potential agreement to divide the Land....not good!

    It is also interesting that the second eclipse in April 2024 is one month prior to the potential sign of the 7 angels and plagues, and right before the 5 months of torment of Revelation...

    At one point it will look like a Wedding Ring.

    As someone posted above the two make an X above the New Madrid fault line.

    Weather permitting, I will be able to see it right above my head in Sparta, TN at 1:31pm Central time.

A foreshadowing of the brightest Star to outshine them all on the day He is unveiled to the world [the Bright Morning Star - Rev. 2:28; 22:16 and The Sign of the Son of Man - Matt. 24:30].

Pastor R A Coombes wrote the book "America the Babylon", and without going into detail there is a country that receives double judgment from the Lord during the Tribulation period.The First Judgment is by Fire and the Second is by Water. I have read lately that a Solar eclipse happened around the time that Jonah went to Nineveh, and the people received the message, and the Lord spared them. I find it interesting that there is the "40" Day count from August 21 to Yom Kippur. The Lord sitting on His Throne and doling out Judgment. Pastor Coombes believed that the Lord will judge Mystery Babylon around this time. America is being warned everyday by Russia and Iran if we pursue in Syria they will nuke us. Yellowstone has recorded over a 1,000 earthquakes in the last week. The First Judgment by Fire at the start of the Tribulation, and approximately 7 years later approaching the end of the Tribulation, Mystery Babylon comes up in remembrance before the Lord for Double Judgment. Isn't interesting that the "X" marking the spot for the crossing Solar eclipses is literally right at the New Madrid Fault Line. Where the worse earthquakes in American history have been recorded. The Second Judgment is by Water as she sinks under the Waters. Food for Thought...Regardless, Your only hope is 1 Corinthians 15:1-4

  18. Some other interesting "coincidences":

    A) The "crossing" of the two eclipse occurs in Illinois, the state where BHO starts his political career....
    B) If you go to google maps and zoom around the crossing point, you see some lakes surrounding the crossing point near Cedar Lake.
    All surrounding lakes appear sort of stylized dragons looking or running to the crossing point.

  19. In the Isaiah's prophecy about Babylon (Isaiah 13) he mentions about "the sun darkened in its going forth", that is the same as this solar eclipse. I believe that USA is the "materialistic" Babylon (wealth and towers) and the number 13 is the prophetic number of the US (13 colonies, etc.)
    There is also interesting verse 13 or this chapter. The LORD said "I will shake the heavens, and the earth will move out of her place..." This shaking and moving clearly point outs to the major earthquake.

  21. The large earthquake of the past on the New Madrid caused the Mississippi River to run backwards 2 times I believe. This next possible quake could divide the USA in half and knock out all bridges crossing the river. We are already a nation divided politically and racially. Jesus said a nation divided against itself cannot stand. If we divide Israel guess what!

  22. The seven days between the Feast of Trumpets and Yom Kippur are known as the "Days of Awe" (Yomin Noraim) or the terrible days. These seven days represent the seven year tribulation. The rapture occurs on the Feast of Trumpets, then begins the seven year tribulation, and then the second coming, seven years later on Yom Kippur!

  24. Traditionally, a great solar eclipse means of of two things: a great war, or a powerful earthquake. Who knows?

    What of this eclipse traversing 12 states? The 12th chapter of Revelation and 12 disciples.

  25. I've felt for a while that August will be significant but I haven't been able to find anything besides the eclipse. I wonder if something will happen to the US between the eclipse and the rapture that we'll be here for. Maybe it's time to stock up on water and food just in case and if we're not here for it then hopefully someone else will find it and be able to use it.

  27. I found it interesting that the width of the eclipse path is 70 miles wide. Especially considering it's been 70 years since the UN resolution in 1947 that allowed for the formation of the Jewish state of Israel.

    Regarding the above:

    1. Also interesting since this eclipse seems to be a forewarning of the upcoming tribulation (also called Daniel's 70th Week).
    2. Scripture does not describe a 7 Yr Tribulation; only a 1260 Day 3 1/2 Yr Great Tribulation. It's a Private Interpretation of Daniel 9:27 to arrive at this conclusion.

    2. By revelation from the Holy Spirit. Does not the New Testament say that when you receive the Holy Spirit, the same Holy Spirit will tell you of "things to come and will lead you (believers in the Lord Jesus Christ) into all truth"? The Holy Spirit is our teacher, counselor and revealer of truth. DId not the Holy Spirit reveal to Anna and Simeon that the child brought into the temple by Mary and Joseph was the Messiah and that before they died they would see this promise come to pass? Part of the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to reveal certain events of the future to a believer who believes this truth. Does not The Word of God say that He will do nothing before He reveals it to His servants the Prophets? The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth, both to Old Testament believers and New Testament as well. So, why would it be so incredible for me to say that the interpretation of the Great American Eclipse was revealed to me by the Holy Spirit as "the handwriting is on the wall, your kingdom is divided", which are the same words spoken by God in the book of Daniel to Nebuchanezzar's Grandson for their brazenness in drinking from the Holy vessels of God of Israel without having any regard for their celebration of their wickedness or any fear of the God they were offending as imposters standing as worthy recipients of these Holy vessels devoted to the worship of the One True God. America has done the same thing today, reaping all the benefits of the blessings of God bestowed on a nation that at one time owed all to the God who made them that nation and now who want to throw God out of every aspect of life in America. When God says time is up, then it remains for us, as believers, to be in agreement with Him, for He is perfectly just and fair, not willing that any should perish, but at the same time, we are admonished to remember the goodness and the severity of God.   34. I had a dream last night, I saw small fires popping up over some hills as I was looking back, I saw smoke rising in several places. I became somewhat alarmed and wanted to leave. I was telling people we need to leave but there was no urgency from others. The fires began to explode and people began panicking and trying to leave. It seemed to me I was somewhere with only one exit as the road was packed with vehicles trying to get away.

    Suddenly a river of water came rushing toward us destroying everything in its path, literally ripping roads apart like they were make of paper. It destroyed everything leaving a rushing gorge of water moving in every direction. I felt total peace as I saw a wall of water overtaking my car. It was like being a surfer looking at a monstrous wave approaching. I remember vividly saying "Jesus forgive me, Jesus I love you and Jesus protect my children." 8 immediately woke up.

    I have never had a prophetic dream...that I know of... i do not know if this was one but I have been feeling for some time that things are rapidly accelerating and we are moving toward a point of no return.

    I feel an urgency to warn people and am amazed that people seem so complacent including Christians, most seem cluless and do not want to acknowledge something is coming! It breaks my heart. I pray the Lord will shake this country so people WAKE UP before He pours out his judgement!

I backslid terribly but buy the mercy and grace of God he pulled me and my wife back to him.When I felt the holy spirit fill me I also saw a vision of fire meteors whatever falling from the sky on America. Just like Christians have the commentary & creeds of the 'Church fathers' & many others since, some of it complimentary & some of it antagonistic, the Jews also have their own commentary (complimentary & antagonistically), theirs going back (arguably) 3,500 years. Modern Christian theology & doctrine draws from this pool of commentary to produce the various sects (denominations) of Christendom, which whilst there are some agreement, there is also much disagreement, esp. between Roman Catholicism & Protestantism, the latter having its own subset of sects. Talmudic Judaism draws from the Tanakh, just like Christendom also draws from both the Tanakh (Old Testament) & the New Testament. One only has to go to any Christian bookshop to see Christians equivalent of the Talmud. Each has its fair share of commentary, principally focused on interpreting scripture based on each commentators perspective, learning & (perceived) insight. This is little different from the Talmud, which is also rich & deep, but like Christian commentary, is open for discussion & contention, using succinct & concise arguments to support or rebuffing of a matter. Just like not all Christians agree with a particular theology or doctrine, the same applies to Jews, hence the variations of denominations.
    3. As an example, Jeff Black (below) has selected a passage from Lev 12 to formulate his perspective, interpretation & possible application to pending events. There is nothing wrong with this & it may be valid, where it's validity may be argued &/or supported by readers/commentators, whether Jew or Gentile. Of course in regards to the matters of this solar eclipse, we can consider & ponder what this means & what our response should be, but we will all in short thrift find out in due course what if any of this discussion has been correctly interpreted & applied. In the interim, let's continue to reason & consider the various interpretations of current events in light of scripture, keeping in mind that, over the course of human (& religious) history, the majority of us have an extremely poor record of foresight using scripture, & wonderful 20/20 hindsight. 2,000 years ago, Jesus noted that the Jews should have foreseen His coming (& some did). Perhaps, just perhaps, the same will occur outcome will occur at His second coming, in this case, applied to Christians & Jews alike.   36. In Leviticus 12 is the law concerning a woman who gives birth to a male child. After birth she shall be impure 7 days. On the 8th day the child is Circumcised. Of the shedding of unneeded flesh. Then she shall remain impure for an additional 33 days. This is the law concerning a natural physical birth. Revelation 12 sign is about a Spiritual Birth. Spiritual and Physical are opposites so the days of impurity should also be reversed. Thus the 33 days of impurity come first. The eclipse happens then 33 days to September 23. At sundown on the 23 at the moment of a twinkling of an eye the day changes to the 8th day...the shedding of unneeded flesh. Then 7 more days till Yom Kipper, the day of Atonement. Those 7 days as noted above are symbolic of the 7 years of testing.

  38. There is an anonymous comment earlier about a dream. I had a similar dream this past year but it was an avalanche of snow. I was running around telling everyone to call on the Lord Jesus to save them but the people could not understand my words. I recall the children in my dream knew what I was saying. I was intially afraid by then more excited in a good way but frustrated about the people around me not believing me. A friend of mine had a similar dream of a wall of snow cascading down filling up our valley. She knew what was happening.     When Jesus was talking to his disciples about the 2nd Coming, he told them: Mark 13:24 “But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; 25 the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. 26 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.”

    According to the way things are lining up, this August 21, 2017 solar eclipse seems to be lining up with a possible soon catching-away of the church and also matches up with this verse: "For the stars of heaven and their constellations Will not give their light; The sun will be darkened in its going forth, And the moon will not cause its light to shine.” (Is. 13:10)...Interestingly, most moons during solar eclipses are at least in a low percentage of illumination.       From the vantage point of someone on the West Coast the sun still appears to rise in the east (just like everywhere else). I never said anything different. I even made that clear in parenthesis. However, the shadow of solar eclipses does travel in the opposite direction (west to east).
  53. I find it very interesting that Space X is sending an unmanned capsule called the Dragon around the moon as a test flight for the very first consumer flight to the moon scheduled for next year. This test flight is planning to launch sometime later this year, at one point they said it would be this fall. I don't know if there are any other signs of the Dragon in the stars or planets, but it would be interesting if anyone knows.

I did not know about Salem and "Little Egypt" and the prophetic significance of all the other names of towns and cities over which the eclipse will be. I googled "Little Egypt" and that town allowed slavery even though Illinois was a slave-free state. What a time to be living. Living in Christ. A time for all true believers to humble ourselves before our Awesome God and pray unceasingly for light and salvation to sweep the U.S. One last thought - the eclipse will exit SC and amazingly go across the ocean and be right over West Africa where the slaves were brought to the U.S.

I too haad a dream in June - it had to be prophetic - i was in a single room where i saw clearly a kind of an old white column on the right - it was seriously damaged and ready to disintegrate from many cracks. I rushed over to the people sitting below it and told them to move away which they did and immediately it fell down but the people were spared. I saw too on the left side another old whited column but not nearly as large, that had mant cracks in it but not as bad and not ready to fall yet. It was smaller than the first one. When i awoke i remembered it clearly and can still picture it.

  63. I had a dream in 1984 of when the Tribulation was about to start. I was riding in the back seat of a car looking up at the night sky and I knew it was around midnight. Then I saw that the stars had aligned in a specific pattern in the area above the Virgin's head and I knew the Tribulation had started. I was terrified!!! I woke up bawling and screaming! I had to go outside to make sure that the real stars hadn't changed. I couldn't go back to sleep that night for fear, and it took over a week for the fear to ease. HORRIFIC!!

    In this section I will try to relate the whirlpool effect phenomenon to the laws of nature to proof that there is indeed a divine pattern to our existence that begets a Creator. I wouthld like to start with the beginning of our universe there must have been a central point in our galaxy and from that point forward it expanded to infinity. To disprove that this was not randomn act I would like to point out that there is a pattern in the design that seems to repeat itself of manifest itself as if a thumbprint of the Creator.
    From our Galaxy we see that our center is around the sun with the planets revolving around it that being at the macro level. In the micro level we see this with in the shape of an atom with an electron or electrons rotating around a center. We also see this in nature with the shape of a snails shell to the shape of a sunflower and lastly in our own design in our cochlear ear thumbprint to the small “swirmpools” or “whirlpools” to keep the language consistant in peoples hair. This explained by Fibonacci sequence. QUOTE It is interesting to note that in the holy texts God says he knows every hair strand in peoples head.
    To those who decent they might say well it happened randomnly without God’s hand. To those who are blinded by their own reasoning then they are truly as the Quran said deaf dumb and blind. This is not geared to insult anyone but we also see this in what I belief is humanity’s divine law or organized chaos. QUOTE
    To explain this I will explain a phenomenon that everyone has experienced and its in the context I will intitle this the “BE” effect. The Be effect is a phenomenon where God connects two peoples thoughts and manifests its self in action such as a phone call or thinking of someone and running into them soon after. For this phenomenon to occurd it means that everything that consisted in your day as chaotic as it might be God aligned in unison to unite peoples hearts as far as longing, thinking, events and timing which only reassures the believer that there is an order and experiences God’s perfect timing and being the best of plotters. This I believe is bigger then De Ja Vu and unique to our very own existence as any deviation would of made our existence none existent. This is from the perfect distance from the sun the perfect distance from the moon and our planet being the only planet that supports life.
    Why the Quran and the whirlpool effect connecting the dots.
    Keeping true to the BE effect and the whirlpool effect phenomenon I will try to the best of my capabilities to explain how the Quran was revealed and mohammad used as a vessel of transmission which would lead to a one of the fastest growing religion. First of all the relevation occurred in the context of the unknown being revealed in a disorganized verses that were pieced together a to an event. For this you would need to know the future, while knowing the the present time of now and knowing the cause of the events that initiated an action none could do this but a a higher being or God’s guidance. This is what makes Muhammad unique of all the prophets and its miracle. Which is pretty significant.
    In the Quran in Surah 2 people have discovered a term called ring composition in the verses. With a middle and like our universe as it expands from beginning to end mirrors each other and has laws addressing the people of the book. This phenomenon again occurred at randomn organized chaos coupled with the whirlpool effect. With the outer rings of relevation on opposite sides being interrelated at “randomnly” to each other. This is incredible.

I might go a step further to suggest that just as my formula WE=Z((x)+y)) is used to not as an algebraic equation but as an attempt to descrisbe something abstract and unseen which involves a center involves a causation or a reason which is followed by an event which then extends to reach beyond our understanding but once it resonates either in someone’s heart or psyche it creates mini cells or universes just like how they are many galaxies.     Going one step further in the book of relevations which is absent in the Quran, God describes that in the end of times the world would unfold like a scroll or roll up like a scrorll. If you were to look at a scroll from the side it would indeed see a whirlpool. Thus I believe that just as our universe is expanding the universe will reach a point where it will stop expanding and contract back to a focal point where that is unknown but it will occur. This may very well be judgement day where unlike the ying and yang where both evil and good exist they will be separated. Are we near the acapolyptic time is unknow but I do believe we have entered a new millinium since 2011 with the Aztec calander but they burnt the books so who knows.

It is interesting that muslims circulate the Kabbah again as a tradition which is to connect every law of existence to him in worship. I have a soft spot for Sufis but that’s probably they spin in circles and have the concepts of the purification of the heart.
    Speaking of the heart I believe the Quran is ment to create a spark your heart. The Quran reads peoples hearts as a spectrum at one extreme there is forgiveness on the other polar of the spectrum there’s mercy. It is up to humanity though how they wish to practice and rule the land. I hate my local mosques.

    Forgive me if this is already found on this site but just in case it is not; a find I just made concerning the solar eclipse cycle we are preparing to witness:

    This solar eclipse is a part of Saros cycle 145, repeating every 18 years, 11 days, containing 77 events. The series started with partial solar eclipse on January 4, 1639, and reached a first annular eclipse on June 6, 1891. It was a hybrid event on June 17, 1909, and total eclipses from June 29, 1927 through September 9, 2648. The series ends at member 77 as a partial eclipse on April 17, 3009. The longest eclipse will occur on June 25, 2522, with a maximum duration of totality of 7 minutes, 12 seconds. [50] (From Wikipedia)

    A quick calculation of the number of days that comprise this cycle suggests 6,570 days. I did this using the starting date of the cycle (1/4/1639) and added 18-years, 11-days to the date. This yields (1/15/1657) as the end of the first cycle and 6586-days. Looking at Strongs #6586 we see the verb "pasha" meaning, to rebel, transgress, revolt. Pasha appears 41-times in the KJV & NAS and 40-times in the HCS

    I performed the calculations on the dates myself, but have not independently verified the data on the eclipse cycles so welcome further input and/or verification.

    2. Adding one more detail. NASA confirms via their FAQ site on their Eclipse 2017 website https://eclipse2017.nasa.gov/faq:

      "A Saros Cycle is approximately 6585.3211 days, or 18 years, 11 days, 8 hours in length. One saros period after an eclipse, the Sun, Earth, and Moon return to approximately the same relative geometry, a near straight line, and a nearly identical eclipse will occur. The Moon will have the same phase and be at the same node and the same distance from the Earth. In addition, because the saros is close to 18 years in length (about 11 days longer), Earth will be nearly the same distance from the sun, and tilted to it in nearly the same orientation (same season). Given the date of an eclipse, one saros later a nearly identical eclipse can be predicted. Each total solar eclipse track looks similar to the previous one, but is shifted by 120 degrees westward. The August 21, 2017 total solar eclipse is part of the Saros 145 series. The previous total solar eclipse in this series occurred on August 11, 1999. The next one will be on September 2, 2035. The first cycle in this series occurred on January 4, 1639, and the last one will be on April 17, 3009."

      This confirms that a full cycle is NOT "6586" days but just over 6585 days being 6585.3211 days. Looking at Strong's for these entries (6585 and 3211) we see the following:

      6585 "pah-sah" verb meaning "to step, march, step forward"
      3211 "yah-leed" adj. meaning "born"

      Thank you NASA for accurate calculations on the period of this eclipse cycle. So scrap the rough calculation offered earlier as they are inaccurate. It is still interesting that if there is an intersection of Strong's numbers and values created for these periods, that the Strong's words are "Step forward" and "born".

      "Paw-sah" (go) occurs only once in KJV/NAS/HCS in (Isaiah 27:4). "Yah-leed" (born) occurs 13-times in KJV/NAS/HCS (5-times in Genesis for all).

      It is easy to access the scriptural references where these are found and I invite you to seek them out if you feel so led. The simple translation of the words are interesting in themselves, but the scriptural references require proper consideration before drawing conclusions.
